                  Purpose: To eradicate illiteracy, including functional; eradicate truancy, promote permanent integration with the school community; eradicate child labor in the region, combating all kinds of exploitation of children and adolescents; combat discrimination in the face of leprosy;
                       Impact: Reduction in all sorts of violence against children and adolescents, raising the HDI, the creation of reading habits and cultural and sporting activities, with artistic and cultural activities, with special emphasis on the arts in music, capoeira, theater and dance, activities human enhancement.
                 Our entity, a non-profit or economic, our mission is to rescue human dignity, moral and cultural situation of those living in social exclusion, by means of programs and activities that can enter human society fully restored in their civility.
                  The Project was created to "take the street" children and teenagers who are leaving to go to school, is to beg or sell candies and sweets, claiming that their families go through the drama of hunger and unemployment. And informal play activities are characteristic of the project, serving as attractive to reduce truancy and illiteracy.
                 We intend to 200 people literate in two years, the project cost $ 20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars)
                   Classes will begin in March 2012 and scheduled to end March 2014 there will be four classes with 25 people, two classes in the morning, one in the afternoon and night, especially to meet the parents of adults working families, with classes from Monday to Friday, three hours.

Objectives
 
Serve children, youth and adults with social inclusion projects, aiming to offer classes in reading and school, youth and adult literacy, artistic and cultural activities, especially.

Our leaders, teachers and workers are all volunteers, working without pay for spiritual growth and discipleship of children, youth and adults who enlist in our database for learning, fighting all forms of violence and discrimination.
Education:
Actions in support of formal and informal education (including community education, citizenship and improving the quality of education) of children, adolescents and adults;

Rationale:

The project is relevant and of great importance, because the Community Center is a public space open to the general public, aiming to reduce social inequalities, improve the quality of life.

                                                  Mission

Fighting malnutrition and school dropout, illiteracy, sexual exploitation and labor, child labor work, promotion of activities aiming at the removal of children and adolescents at-risk groups, which are involved in drug use and all sorts of violence. Offering artistic and cultural activities, reading classes and tutoring for students in elementary and middle school with difficulties in thinking and learning

Students of elementary and secondary education, with learning difficulties and poor school performance, children and adolescents who are outside the classrooms, school-age youth and illiterate adults.

Today the school dropout and illiteracy contribute to increasing levels of violence, having as the main victims children and adolescents, who are idle, subject to all kinds of harassment by drug dealers and offenders

We seek to develop social activities in the community, which aims to build children and young people living in social risk, ways that can transform their everyday lives, giving them the opportunity to improve the quality of life.

Health:

• Sexual and reproductive rights: guidance on issues related to sexuality and unplanned pregnancy;
• Prevention: promoting practices that reduce health risks.

• Insertion of people in productive activities;

Culture: Projects that promote cultural diversity and the revival of traditional expressions, using the various forms of culture as promoters of social development.

The Assistance Project was created in 1996, aiming to defend the rights and promote the organization of impoverished families, affected by leprosy and victimized by discrimination and intolerance, resident in Cologne Santa Izabel. It has been highlighted throughout its history, the fight against poverty, misery and hunger, especially children and adolescents and therefore their families. 1) Strengthening the citizenship of children and adolescents

3) Governance and Democratic Development:

Commission on Human Rights, is headquartered in Santa Isabel Leper Colony, city of Betim, Minas Gerais, developed since 1986, a work of assistance and support to victims of human rights violations.
We operate in the fight against all forms of violence, promoting inclusion initiatives, promotion and protection of sensitive populations, such as impoverished families, children and adolescents at risk, the elderly, drug addicts, people with disabilities, victims of institutional violence and women victims of violence, among others.
